craft-techs voice Terms of Service

The developer of craft-techs voice (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer") establishes the Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") for the use of craft-techs voice (hereinafter referred to as the "App") and the associated web services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Service") as follows.

To use the Service, you must agree to both the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

By starting to use the Service, the user is deemed to have agreed to both the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Please be sure to read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy carefully before using the App.

1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to all users and govern all matters related to the use of the Service.
The Developer may separately display individual provisions regarding the use of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Provisions") within the App or on the website, in addition to these Terms. The Individual Provisions, regardless of their name, will be considered part of these Terms and apply accordingly. In case of any conflicts between these Terms and the Individual Provisions, the Individual Provisions will take precedence, unless otherwise specified in the Individual Provisions.

2. Contents of the Service

The Service generates and provides data such as voice (hereinafter referred to as "Content") based on requests from users.
Users may use the Content generated and provided by the Service within the App or extract and use it outside the App, without prior approval or credit attribution, except for the prohibited actions described later.
The Service will retain the Content generated based on the user's request on the server for a specified period (hereinafter referred to as the "Content Retention Period"). However, the Service does not guarantee that the Content will not be lost under any circumstances during the Content Retention Period.
Once the Content Retention Period has elapsed, the Content will be deleted from the server and will no longer be available for use within the App. (It will also no longer be possible to extract the Content outside the App.)
If the user has extracted and is using the Content outside the App, they may continue to use the Content even after the Content Retention Period has expired.
The user is fully responsible for the content generation requests made to the Service. The user must not cause any inconvenience, damage, or harm to the Developer or any third parties due to inappropriate content generation requests.
The user is fully responsible for the use of the Content provided by the Service. The user must not cause any inconvenience, damage, or harm to the Developer or any third parties due to the improper use of the Content.
Users must be of legal age to assume responsibility for content generation requests and content use in the Service, or must have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian who assumes this responsibility.

3. Suspension and Interruption of the Service

The Developer may suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance or other purposes without obtaining prior consent from the user.
The Developer may urgently suspend all or part of the Service without obtaining prior consent from the user due to unavoidable circumstances or other reasons.

4. Changes and Termination of the Service

The Developer may modify all or part of the Service's offerings without obtaining prior consent from the user for purposes such as improving the functionality of the Service.
The Developer may terminate the provision of the Service without obtaining prior consent from the user if it is determined that providing the Service has become difficult.

5. Prohibited Actions

  • Users must not engage in the following actions, or actions that may lead to them (collectively referred to as "Prohibited Actions"), while using the Service:
Actions that violate laws or public order and morals, or actions related to such violations.
Actions that cause disadvantage or damage to the Developer or third parties.
Actions that infringe upon the rights (including intellectual property rights such as copyright) of the Developer or third parties.
Actions of defamation or discrimination against third parties, or actions that damage the reputation of third parties.
Using the Service for religious activities, or indirectly using it for such activities.
Using the Service for activities related to antisocial forces, or indirectly using it for such activities.
Actions that damage the credibility of the Service.
Copying, modifying, or altering the programs of the Service.
Unauthorized access to the Service's systems.
      Overloading the Service's systems.
Interfering with the operation of the Service.
Any other actions that are judged to be inappropriate based on reasonable grounds.
  • If a user engages in prohibited activities, the Developer may suspend the provision of the Service to that user without prior notice.
In the event that any disadvantage or damage occurs to the user or a third party due to the measures taken in the preceding paragraph, the developer will not be held responsible in any way.
If the developer suffers any disadvantage or damage due to the user's prohibited actions, the user shall be responsible for compensating for such disadvantage or damage.
If a third party suffers any disadvantage or damage due to the user's prohibited actions, the user shall be fully responsible for such actions, and the developer shall bear no responsibility.
The user must bear the responsibility outlined in the previous section, even if the provision of the service is suspended due to prohibited actions.

6. Disclaimer

The developer does not guarantee that there are no defects (including any defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, usefulness, etc.) in the service or the content generated by the service, either in fact or by law.
The developer shall not be held responsible for any damages arising from the use of the service or the content generated by the service.

The app does not guarantee compatibility with all users' devices. There may be instances where the app does not function properly depending on the user's device.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, and other intellectual property rights related to this service are owned by the developer or the rightful holders of the rights.
If a user violates the provisions of the previous paragraph and an issue related to intellectual property rights arises, the user shall resolve the issue at their own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any inconvenience or damage to the developer.

8. Changes to These Terms

The developer may modify these terms at their discretion without obtaining prior consent from the users. The modified terms will take effect from the moment they are posted on the website.
For significant changes, the developer will notify users of the changes in an easily understandable manner through notifications within the service. Please check the latest terms of use regularly.
If the service is used after the effectiveness of the changes to the terms of use, the user will be deemed to have agreed to all of the revised terms.

9. Withdrawal of Consent

The user can withdraw their consent to these terms by uninstalling the app from their device and erasing all the content they have generated or extracted from the service. (If any part of the content remains, directly or indirectly, in any form, the user cannot withdraw their consent.)
The developer may revoke the user's consent without prior notice if it is determined that the user has violated any provision of these terms. A user whose consent has been revoked will no longer be able to continue using the service and will be required to erase all content generated and extracted from the service.

10. Severability

Even if any provision of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable due to laws or regulations, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in effect.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law.
Any and all disputes related to this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
